The Online Signing Ceremony of Bilateral Cooperation Agreement between Chilean Olympic Committee and Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee was held on October 29 2020 in Taipei, Taiwan, with live interaction with Chilean Olympic Committee from afar.

The ceremony was witnessed by Director Mr. Agustín Alejandro Cases Nardocci, Chilean Trade Office in Taiwan; Mr. Alexander Tah-Ray YUI, Director-General, Department of Latin American and Caribbean Affairs of MOFA; Ms. Maggie HSU, Director of International and Cross-Strait Sport Division, Sports Administration and other distinguished guests from Chilean Olympic Committee side.

President Hong-Dow LIN of CTOC stated in his remark that “Despite the impact of COVID-19 pandemic, CTOC still dedicates to strengthening our relationship with our NOC counterparts and the Olympic Family. President Mujica BRAIN of COC also expressed hope that the inking of the Bilateral Cooperation Agreement will take the relationship between two NOCs to a new height through sport exchanges in the future.

Utilizing the online platform, CTOC has implemented the 2020 International Spots Affairs Training Course in August this year, inviting more than 120 staff members from NOCs around the globe. With the success of bilateral cooperation agreement signing with Chilean Olympic Committee this time, CTOC strives to initiate more sport exchange and sustain unity within the Olympic Family despite the pandemic.
