Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee (CTOC) has been hosting the  “International Sports Affairs Campus Promotion Tour” since 2018, with an aim to inspire and encourage university students for further involvement in international sports affairs by sessions shared from experienced individuals in sports industry.

The campus promotion tour consists of 10 sessions. The first session this year kicked off on May 6th at Department of Ball Sports at University of Taipei. Prof. Tsung-Min HUNG, a former table tennis player and now professor of National Taiwan Normal University and International Fellow from the National Academy of Kinesiology in the U.S, shared his journey from an athlete to an educator.

Other targeted university students range from Department of Sport, Sport Management, Department of Leisure, and Recreation Management. To accomplish the project objective, CTOC has collaborated with 21 universities in Taiwan on this promotion tour program since 2018.

In addition, with 2020 marked the 10th anniversary of “International Sports Affairs Training Course” (ISATC). CTOC will host the ISATC course this August. To comply with the preventive measures for COVID-19, this year the course will be operated in combination of in-class and online sessions, and this will be the initiative for CTOC to launch online learning classes.
