On September 27 2019, Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee (CTOC) held the Southern Session of “2019 International Sports Affairs Workshop” at the National Sports Training Center in Zhuoyin, Kaohsiung, for 200 participants from sports industries, government authorities and school faculties. Workshop focused on Olympic Agenda 2020, good governance of sports organizations and Sport Law Enforcement. Dr. Chin-Hsiung Kao, Director General of Sports Administration, Minister of Education addressed the opening ceremony of the workshop. He opined, “Sport is the best channel to bring people together. We are honored to have the experts guiding the newcomers with their experience in international sports affairs”

Ms. Jacqueline Yi-Ting SHEN, Secretary General of Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee stated that through long-term dedication of international sports affairs experts, we are able to pass down valuable experience to the younger generation. We are proud to announce that CTOC’s training program has successfully cultivated more than 400 talents to join our International Sports Affairs human resource database in the past 9 years.

The Northern Session of the Workshop was held on October 1st at the Sports Administration Building, Taipei, with distinguished speakers including Ms. Fen-Fen Chang, EB Member of International Children’s Games (ICG), and Prof. Bing-Kun CHIU, President of National Taiwan Sports University and also TD of World Archery and many more.

Dr. Chin-Hsiun KAO, Director General of Sports Administration, Ministry of Education delivered Opening Remark, encouraging younger generation to participate in international sport affairs.
